This is a brief phone call to determine if we’re a good fit to work together. Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and you deserve to feel safe, comfortable, and empowered to be your authentic self throughout the process.
Come prepared with questions specific to your needs, but if you’re unsure where to start, don’t worry. I’ll guide the conversation.
Please check the FAQ page before booking.

At Unfcked Therapy and Wellness, I work with people who carry the weight of trauma and are ready to move from surviving to living. My approach is trauma-focused, drawing from somatic healing, expressive arts, person-centered practices, and decolonized frameworks. I specialize in supporting adults with historically marginalized identities who are navigating the lasting impact of childhood trauma, anxiety, and the stress of constantly having to adapt.
What to Expect
Convenience and privacy: Sessions are held virtually through secure platforms (Simple Practice), so you can access care from the safety of your own space.
Trauma-informed care: We move at your pace. Together, we’ll develop a plan that acknowledges your history while building tools for healing, growth, and resilience.
Affirming space: I prioritize creating a space where all of you is welcomed your culture, your story, your complexity.
Getting Started
Before our first session, you’ll complete a secure online questionnaire to share your background and goals.
In our first meeting, we’ll talk through what’s bringing you here, begin building trust, and decide if working together feels right. From there, we’ll co-create a plan that centers your needs and supports your healing journey.
